I hope everyone had a great weekend! I am looking forward to a great week at LFO. We have a lot of activities this week, including senior night for 3 very special volleyball players. That will be this Thursday. Remember that Friday is a half day for students. We will dismiss at 11:45. Buses will run at that time. Parents, remember that student drop-off in the mornings is around the back of the building only. We have a lot of students who walk and want to be as safe as possible. Thank you for your help with this. Students, keep working hard in the classroom. If you have missing assignments, please see your teacher. Early dismissal Wednesdays are a great time to get an extra hour of work in. We have study halls available from 2:30-3:30 every Wednesday. Continue to Lead by Example, Focus on Success, and Own your Actions. Have a great week! Feathers up!!

 LFO went back and forth with Christian Heritage but came out on top for a 10-9 win over the Lions.

Warriors, please help us ensure the safety of all students by following our school’s traffic pattern. Student drop-off and pick-up is located at the back of the building, and at no time should parents pick up students in the front of the building after school. All walkers should use the sidewalk and cross at the designated crosswalk near Tommy Cash Stadium when crossing Battlefield Parkway.

Please also note that the traffic pattern around the school is one-way, and at no time, including athletic events, should cars be driving against traffic. Following these procedures helps us maintain a safe and orderly environment for everyone on campus.

Senior formal sessions are now open for booking! Appointments are first-come, first-served! The dates listed are the only sessions available at LFO.

Sessions at LFO: August 25 and September 22.

Sophomores need to turn in their permission slips by 9/14 in order to go on the Teen Maze field trip on 9/15. The field trip is at the Colonnade and is FREE.
