Student Supplementary Insurance

Please click the link below to learn about purchasing supplementary insurance for your student-athlete.  This reasonably priced insurance can help offset medical costs not covered by your primary insurance provider.  Be aware, this coverage is only for injuries sustained in athletic events/practice and does not cover injury due to pre-existing condition.  Insurance can be purchased at any time and can be cancelled at the end of the athlete's season.

*Note: if insurance is purchased through the website, an ID card will be generated and emailed.  If purchased by mail-in, no ID card will be generated.
